About Ronald
A 20 year U.S. Coast Guard veteran, married for over 30 years and a father to 3 amazing young adults in which we are very proud of. The U.S. Coast Guard brought me to Hampton Roads and the people here kept me after military retirement. Licensed in 2004, my wife and I have helped hundreds of people purchase and sell their properties throughout Hampton Roads.
I support the community through volunteerism. I am a board member for Link of Hampton Roads, a non-profit organization whose focus is to house, support, and teach the unhoused community to cope with their situations, have a place to temporarily live, and grow from their current situation.
My thirst for knowledge led me to obtain my MBA which has helped my business and clients in multiple ways. I became a Managing Broker in 2013 and my experience as a senior enlisted in the military has been the foundation of an exciting career helping agents develop their professional potential. Educating others is the foundation of our agent support structure to ensure they are equipped with the latest laws, statistical information, tools and techniques to help their clients at all times – before, during, and after a real estate transaction.
I support and protect my agents and clients like my children while encouraging and inspiring them to continue to grow. This principle is at my core and the center of my daily activities. As the Principal Broker, I make myself available to all my agents at any time 24/7. If they need me, I’m available. Not questions asked.
I earned the Outstanding Salesmanship Award every year as an agent and supported my agents to achieve the same. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, we support and encourage our agents and others to live by the Code of Ethics, while protecting and promoting Property Rights and the community.
On a personal note, my hobbies are water sports such as boating, fishing, or just a relaxing day on the water.
